Every piece is printed, framed, and shipped with care. Here is exactly what to expect — from payment to your wall.

Every order ships free, regardless of size or destination. The price you see is the price you pay.

Every piece is produced to order by Gelato's global print network before it ships. This is not a warehouse — it is a print studio.

Delivery time depends on your location. US orders typically arrive within 5–8 business days after production.
01 · How We Ship
The Journey From Studio to Wall

Artéphoria fulfills every order through Gelato — a global print-on-demand network with production facilities in over 30 countries. This means your piece is produced at the facility closest to your delivery address, which reduces transit time and the risk of damage during shipping.

Every framed piece is carefully packaged by Gelato's production team using protective corner guards, cardboard backing, and outer packaging designed specifically for framed art. We do not cut corners on packaging — a damaged piece on arrival is a failure we take personally.

Why We Use Gelato
Gelato prints closer to you — which means faster delivery, lower carbon footprint, and significantly reduced risk of damage in transit. Your piece doesn't cross an ocean in a container. It's made near where you live.
02 · Timeline
From Order to Delivery
DAY 0
Order confirmed
You place your order and receive a PayPal confirmation. Your order is immediately sent to Gelato's nearest production facility to your address.
DAY 1–5
Production
Your piece is printed on archival semi-gloss paper, mounted in a matte black frame, quality-checked, and carefully packaged. This takes 3–5 business days. This is not a warehouse pull — your piece is made specifically for you during this window.
DAY 5–6
Ships — tracking sent
Once your piece ships, you receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your order from the production facility to your door. Carrier depends on your region — typically DHL, FedEx, or local postal services for last-mile delivery.
DAY 8–17
Delivered to your door
Delivery window depends on your location. US buyers typically receive within 5–8 business days after shipping. International buyers within 7–14 business days. See regional breakdown below.

Where We Ship & When to Expect It

We ship worldwide. All times below are estimates from the day your order ships — not from the day you place the order. Add 3–5 business days for production.

5–8 business days after shipping
Produced at Gelato's US facilities. Shipped via FedEx or USPS depending on your state. Most US orders arrive within 10–12 total days from order placement.
Secondary Market
Canada
6–10 business days after shipping
Produced at US or Canadian facility depending on your province. Customs processing may add 1–3 days. No additional duties expected on art prints under standard thresholds.
Secondary Market
United Kingdom & Europe
5–9 business days after shipping
Produced at Gelato's UK or European facilities. Shipped via DHL or local carrier. EU orders may be subject to local VAT on import.
Secondary Market
Australia & Rest of World
7–14 business days after shipping
Produced at nearest available Gelato facility. International shipping via DHL Express for most destinations. Remote locations may take longer. Contact us before ordering if unsure.
Important Note on Customs
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. Artéphoria has no control over customs processing times or fees. Most art print shipments pass through customs without issue.

Free Shipping — Everywhere

Every Artéphoria order ships free, worldwide. There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout. The price displayed on the product page is the complete price you pay.

This applies to both the 18×24" and 24×36" framed editions regardless of destination.

05 · Order Changes & Cancellations
Changing Your Order After Placing It

Because production begins within 24 hours of order placement, we have a very short window to make changes. If you need to change your shipping address, size, or cancel your order — email us at support@artephoria.shop immediately after placing the order.

We cannot guarantee changes once production has begun. If production is already underway, cancellation may not be possible for limited edition numbered pieces. We will always try to help — but the faster you contact us, the more we can do.

Address Errors
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. If a piece is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment costs may apply depending on the situation.
06 · Tracking Your Order
Following Your Piece to Your Door

Once your piece ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. This tracking number is provided by Gelato and links to the carrier's tracking page. You can follow every step of your delivery from the production facility to your front door.

If you have not received a tracking number within 7 business days of your order, please email support@artephoria.shop with your order number and we will investigate immediately.

Please note: tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update after the shipping label is created. If your tracking shows no movement in the first 24 hours after you receive it — this is normal.
